What's not covered
Damage from misuse, intentional damage, modifications, exposure to extreme chemicals, and normal cosmetic wear.
How to file a claim
Email info@CannHand.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. We respond within 1 business day and ship a replacement at no charge for valid claims.
Proof of purchase
Warranty requires proof of purchase from CannHand.com or an authorized dealer.
